The firmware, the desktop app and the browser flasher are built on open-source software written by other people. Their licences let it be used in a commercial product on the condition that their notices come with it — so here they are, each one in full. Nothing in the terms of sale restricts the rights these licences give you.

The browser flasher. ESP Web Tools and the libraries bundled into it, served from this site to flash the firmware over USB.
